Wine Cellar & Degustation
The creation of the sophisticated but inviting wine-cellar and tasting-room was a result of the construction of the new gourmet-restaurant in the fall of 2005. The wine-assortment consists of over 680 of some of the most precious wines ever produced. Treasures from around the world but also discoveries from the local "Bündner Herrschaft" make up this rare collection of wines. Much to anyone’ surprise, one can find amongst the great names also the more unknown local vintners -- An ideal place for an aperitif or a private dinner for a small group of family or friends.
Our F&B manager Andreas Michel always looks forward to inviting you to a guided tour or wine-tasting. The travel magazine “Graubünden geht aus”, published in January of 2009, rated the wine-cellar of the restaurant "Mann und Co." in 3rd place in the column “Discoveries for the wine-connoisseurs”.
