RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of an unforeseen mishap which might prevent you from completing your reserved visit to the Waldhotel Davos, the following cancellation-fees apply:

• No fees apply for cancellations made up until 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival-date.
• The following cancellation-fees apply for cancellations made within 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival-date and in the event that you arrive later / depart earlier than your scheduled arrival / departure dates: You will be charged for the night(s) cancelled (with a maximum of 3 nights) on the basis of the valid room-rate including breakfast.

A special policy is in effect for the cancellation of reservations during our Christmas / New Year season.

Travel Insurance for Cancellation Fees

You have the opportunity to purchase travel-insurance that covers the applicable cancellation-fees in the event that you suddenly become ill and/or have an accident which may prevent you from completing your visit to the Waldhotel Davos (Doctor’s note required). The cost of the insurance is 25.00 SFr. per person for reservations during the winter-season. In the event that you would like to purchase said insurance, we will automatically add the costs to your hotel-bill.  In the event that you are prevented from coming to the hotel for medical reasons, we will send you a separate bill and charge the fees to your credit card.
